BUFFALO, N.Y. (Nov. 25, 2025) – Delaware North today announced that it will discontinue its Betly online sports betting operations in Tennessee as part of a strategic realignment to focus on its preparations for expansion into new markets.

This decision reflects Delaware North’s commitment to optimizing its resources in the online sports betting and iGaming sector and delivering the best possible experience to players in the regions where it operates. The company remains dedicated to responsible gaming, innovation and providing a safe, fun and engaging online entertainment experience.

Betly platform will remain live for Tennessee customers until Dec. 29, 2025, allowing time for players to withdraw funds and close accounts easily and securely. .
