23rd October 2025 – BOYLE Sports has been crowned Horse Racing operator of the year at the prestigious EGR Operator Awards 2025, recognising industry-leading product improvements and the standout ‘Destination Cheltenham’ marketing campaign.

With over 40 years in the industry, BOYLE Sports has a long-established horse racing heritage. The brand has long been leaders in the sport but has made several improvements this year to stay ahead of the chasing pack.

The Revamped Race Card was launched, making BOYLE Sports the only operator to offer three distinct race cards tailored to all types of racing customers, making the sport accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

“The brand’s Cheltenham campaign – ‘Destination Cheltenham’ – was its biggest yet, showcasing industry-leading offers, multi-channel social content – featuring The PROfessionals and Fan Forecast series – and strong media presence, including a partnership with Sky Sports Racing. YouTube shows reached 197,000+ views, Meta short-form content amassed over 4 million views and editorial coverage generated 2.5 million impressions.

The bookmaker has continued to strengthen its UK and Irish racing partnerships, including extending its long-standing partnership of the Irish Grand National and becoming a Principal Partner at Newbury Racecourse with title sponsorship of the Lockinge Stakes. These deals showcase BOYLE Sports’ commitment to supporting racing at every level.

The brand continues to lead the market with innovative customer offerings including money back races, boosted accas, lengthen the odds and price boosts on every UK and Irish race.

Commenting after winning the award, Troy Cox, Chief Commercial Officer at BOYLE Sports, said: “We’re incredibly proud to be recognised by EGR for our ongoing commitment to horse racing. This award reflects the hard work of our teams across the UK and Ireland, our focus on product innovation, and our dedication to supporting the sport. With the Revamped Race Card, Destination Cheltenham campaign and our market-leading offers, we continue to raise the bar for horse racing fans.”

The win comes in a landmark year for BOYLE Sports, which continues to expand its UK and Ireland footprint as part of a £100m investment programme and strengthen its position as one of the leading independent betting brands in the industry.
