Founded in 1996 by Jim Brown and his sons Matthew and Daniel, TVD Group started from humble beginnings in a shop in Leigh and has now become a leading UK provider in audio visual solutions on both commercial and domestic fronts.

Continuing Jim’s legacy of exemplary customer care, unrivalled technical knowledge and expertise, and high-quality products and installations, the business strives to put the customer at the focus of everything it does, differentiating its offering from competitors in all the sectors it operates. Based on family values and a dedication to quality and service, the TVD Group has gone from strength to strength over almost three decades.

This new structure will facilitate greater collaboration and inclusivity for co-owners, helping to create opportunities while protecting and enhancing the culture and values that have created such a successful business.

As an employee-owned business, the company prides itself on a personal approach, providing outstanding levels of customer service and quality products that are tailored to our customer’s requirements, irrespective of their scale or size. From small retailers to global-scale AV projects, the brand’s commitment to quality service remains the same

Mat Brown, Co-founder, commented, “Growing TVD into the business it is today has taken huge focus, dedication, and hard work over the last 27 years. We can’t think of a better way to secure the future and independence of the business than to make the people who drive the business forward every day co-owners. We still have the same hunger and ambition for the business, opening up many opportunities for TVD and its fantastic co-owner employees, as well as enhancing the relationship for our loyal suppliers and customers”.
