William Hill gets approval to Launch Sportsbook At Eldorado’s Iowa Casinos

UK-based bookmaker William Hill has confirmed that they are launching sportsbook at two of Eldorado’s Iowa casinos. The bookmaker would be providing both in-person and mobile sports betting services to Eldorado Resorts’ Isle Casino Hotel Bettendorf and Isle Casino Hotel Waterloo in Iowa.

Following the agreement, William Hill will now serve as the official sportsbook operator at both Eldorado casinos.

As the regulated sports betting market is yet to be launched in Iowa, the bookmaker would have to wait to launch its services. The sports betting market is expected to launch the coming month; however, there are certain regulatory obligations which need to be complied with before the launch of sports betting operations in the state.

“We are thrilled to build on our already extensive relationship with Eldorado Resorts as the sports betting industry continues to gain momentum,” William Hill US president of retail operations David Grolman said. “As a growth-fuelled company, they have taken monumental steps to become leaders in the gaming industry.”
